Yes and No. Technically, CityRealty is licensed by the State of New York, but we really do not operate like a traditional real estate firm. In fact, the only reason we are licensed is because the state requires us to be. Unlike other real estate companies, we do not have any agents; rather, as explained in other sections, we specialize in connecting buyers with real estate agents (from third party brokerage firms) who will be best able to assist the buyer. Considering the importance of having the right buyer's agent, we believe that this role is critical to you finding the perfect apartment.
