2. You acknowledge that the software and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the U.S.A. You agree not to export or re-export the software, directly or indirectly, to any countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions

Devices

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our Web pages or the content contained herein without our prior express written permission. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New York, New York, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the CityRealty Web Site. Use of the CityRealty Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the CityRealty Web Site or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship exists between you and CityRealty as a result of this Agreement or use of the CityRealty Web Site. This Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of CityRealty's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the CityRealty Web Site or information provided to or gathered by CityRealty with respect to such use.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CityRealty with respect to the CityRealty Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and CityRealty with respect to the CityRealty Web Site. Buyer's & Renter's Rights

This includes the right to expect equal professional service, the opportunity to consider a broad range of housing choices, no discriminatory limitations on communities or locations of housing, no discrimination in the pricing or financing of housing, reasonable accommodations in rules, practices and procedures for persons with disabilities, and to be free from harassment or intimidation for exercising your fair housing rights.

The Law Civil Rights Act of 1866

The Civil Rights Act of 1866 prohibits all racial discrimination in the sale or rental of property.

The Fair Housing Act

The Fair Housing Act declares a national policy of fair housing throughout the United States, making illegal any discrimination in the sale, lease or rental of housing, or making housing otherwise unavailable, because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.

Americans with Disabilities Act
